When somebody puts our training into use in a real life situation,  that outshines even their great results in the tests within the training.

Here a parent shares with us, and with Breeze Airways, how that training was put to this ultimate test. This, surely, counts as a “passed with honors” result.I want to send a Thank you to Marcus and Deondray on the flight from Charleston to New Orleans. I would like to highlight their professionalism, compassion, and team work. We have never flown breeze airlines before and for this to be my first time I am thoroughly impressed beyond belief. Marcus made Ava a sensory toy out of a glove and water that calmed her down instantly. Deondray, whom we had the pleasure of being with on our incoming flight from MSY to Charleston actually remembered us! He welcomed us back by name! I was completely shocked. He noticed ava was having some trouble adjusting and offered her popcorn which became new favorite snack for the weekend and my saving grace! I’m not sure what training these two flight attendants have had but they really helped me to keep Ava calm and meet her sensory needs! I really want to Thank them and give them the biggest shoutout and recognition for the service they provided tonight on this flight. I really could go on and on with how I felt like they saw no one else on the aircraft but us! The service was top-tier!
